Send Shrinkray support a message at support.shrinkray@herecomessupper.com. Please include your iOS version and what you were trying to do. Avoid sending private photos or videos unless support asks for a specific test file.

In Photos, select a photo or video and tap Share. Choose Shrinkray from the share sheet. If you do not see it, look under More in the app row or Edit Actions in the action list, and enable the available Shrinkray option.

Choose your settings, shrink the selection, and use the sharing options to choose a destination. Shrinkray creates copies; it does not edit or delete your originals.

Shrinkray can use the private Photos picker when you do not want to grant full library access. If the app cannot see an item, review its Photos permission in iOS Settings or select it again through the picker.

Shrinkray inside Messages requires Pro. Open a conversation in Messages, tap the plus button, then choose Shrinkray. Look under More if it is not in the first list.

If Shrinkray is missing, check Settings → Apps → Messages → iMessage Apps and make sure Shrinkray is enabled. Open the main Shrinkray app to purchase or restore Pro, then return to Messages.

A single result can be added to the Messages composer. For multiple results, follow Shrinkray’s copy instructions, return to the conversation, and paste the media into the message field. Copied media stays on the local iPhone clipboard for up to ten minutes, unless it is replaced sooner. Review the attachments and tap Send yourself.

The free app lets you shrink one item at a time and includes a limited allowance for completed actions that shrink several items together. This allowance applies in the main app and Photos sharing extensions. Reinstalling the app may not reset it, because usage can sync through iCloud.

Pro unlocks use inside Messages, multi-item shrinking without that allowance limit, more quality and file-size controls, video splitting, motion settings, and efficient formats.

Choose a Pro feature in Shrinkray to open the upgrade screen. Tap Unlock Pro and confirm the one-time purchase with Apple. The price shown is in your local currency. No subscription. A one-time purchase unlocks Pro features for life.

Already bought Pro? On the upgrade screen, tap Restore purchase while signed in to the Apple Account you used to buy it. Once the main app shows Pro is unlocked, reopen Shrinkray in Messages or the Photos share sheet. If it still does not appear, contact support using the email above.
